Yes! The course contains an entire section on completing practical evaluations and assist you in qualifying your trainers to perform them.

This is an online training program that will award your internal trainers with a train-the-trainer certificate upon successful completion. It does not include materials to use when training your workers. We do have bundled instructor packages that do contain training materials that can be used to train your workers in development. They will be released and available soon :)

The average time to complete the course is around six (6) hours, however, this can vary significantly due to several factors. Learners also have the ability to stop and resume the course as required. Some learners complete it in a single sitting while others spread it out over weeks.

We do not provide physical copies of the training content. The train the trainer course is taken entirely online and all of our training content included in the bundles is downloadable and can be accessed instantly after purchase.
