How long before I can start assigning training to my workers?

You can start assigning training immediately after signing up and making the purchase through our secure checkout form. The whole process literally takes only a few minutes. Your workers will receive an email advising that they’ve been assigned the training, as well as login credentials and a link to the site. They can start their training immediately.

How long does it take to complete the online forklift Certification Training course?

The average time to complete the forklift training is approximately four hours. This can vary significantly due to several factors.

Will you send forklift operator certificates in the mail?

We do not send certificates in the mail. After successfully completing the course, your workers will be awarded a Forklift Operator certificate in PDF format as well digital credentials referred to as a “Digital Badge. Your and your workers will be able to instantly view, download, and print Certificates at any time.

Do my workers require an email address to take the training?

Nope. We offer an option to assign the training even if your operators do not have their own individual email addresses.

Can the forklift training be completed on mobile devices?

Yes, absolutely! Our Online Forklift Certification Training course has been optimized to work on mobile devices of all types. That includes android and apple tablets and smartphones.

When do the forklift operator certificates expire?

As per the CSA requirements, Lift Truck Operators must be retrained at intervals no longer than every three years. Therefore, our Lift Truck Operator certificates expire three years after they’re awarded. Additionally, employers may be required to evaluate their lift truck operators under specific circumstances in accordance with their jurisdiction’s legislation.
