The Aerial Lift Trainer program is intended for companies that need to prepare internal team members to deliver boom lift and scissor lift training and conduct practical evaluations within their organization.
Company trainers and evaluators can include:

- Ops managers, supervisors, or team leads designated to train and evaluate boom lift and scissor lift operators.

Practical Evaluations
This online program helps employers qualify internal employees to become competent practical evaluators and is often used in a blended learning strategy. For example, employers will train their MEWP operators with our  aerial lift online certification and then qualify one or more internal practical evaluators using this program.
