Integrating the forklift operator training into our LMS and using in-house trainers to complete the practicals has completely transformed our training program. Our operators now complete initial training and refreshers when it fits into our scheduling, without disrupting or shutting down operations. After that, our team of internal trainers and evaluators complete the required practical evaluations.

This blended training approach has helped us keep our teammates safer, meet all OSHA-required training components, and save our team hundreds of hours of administrative time.

MORE CONVENIENT THAN CLASSROOM TRAINING

The training was better than expected. Very informative, easier and more convenient than going through classroom training. Definitely worthwhile in taking the course online as opposed to taking it in a class.
